The Blue Pearl - Walk to the Beach in Garden City

The Blue Pearl is the epitome of Southern Comfort. This home is ideally located in a small complex of 10 raised beach houses, just steps away from Garden City Beach (1/2 block). Four bedrooms will comfortably accommodate 10 guests, with each bedroom offering a private bath. The open downstairs concept makes entertaining easy for the group. A fully equipped kitchen with ample countertop space will delight any chef in your group. The upstairs living area is a perfect landing spot for the kids after a long day in the sun!

The Angler Villas complex offers a great community pool for those days you just want to lounge around! Pool is open Easter/April 1 to September 30. This home also offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, propane grill, landscaped grounds, and under house parking. Restrictions Apply: No Motorcycles, Trailers, Campers or Boats Permitted. Sorry, No Smoking and No Pets. Angler Villas 5 is a strict No Pet home (allergy issues).
