"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Its not a hotel it was a building site. We got asked by email what time we were arriving so told them 5pm got to the house building site. The door was unlocked opened it and yes a building site. So checked my emails again to see a email saying to find somewhere else as they had doubled booked i think that was a nice way of saying we are a building site. Took over an hour on the phone the next day to get a refund of hotels.com "

"The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place! This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!"
