Also, my Marriot points were not granted after checking with the front desk 3 times. And it’s still been 1 month now. On the topic of asking things 3 times, I had to also pester the front desk for a sofa bed to be set up in my parents’ room with my sister. They took 3 hours and constant pestering. They had assumed I did not pay for a 3rd guest. I had to prove it via Expedia. For a luxury hotel, this information should’ve been captured when I paid for everything upfront. Great hotel, not so great staff."
