The capsule was spacious and comfortable. The only negative was the shared facilities. It wasn't air conditioned so it was always hot and muggy. But it was relatively clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. It's within walking distance of many markets and attractions. Plenty of restaurants. The metro station is a 5-min walk. The price was very affordable for budget travelers. One soft one firm. Personally I prefer a firm pillow and firm bed. The temperature knob has two options, turn up to one of the upper three dot speeds for heat, turn down to one of the three dot options for cooling. I’m an extremely light sleeper and was worried about being able to rest. Very cool concept. My capsule needed a bit of TLC some lights and panels not working properly. The room was super cold whilst the rest of the property was on the warm side. With individually controlled temperature within the capsule. There were only 2 loos and 4 showers on my floor which I didn't think was a lot but luckily it wasn't the issue as the people at the hostel had very different sleeping/awake patterns. The location is good with many food choices and attractions near by. Public transport in walking distance. There is lingering smell of disinfectant throughout the property.
