Overall, I had a good stay at this accommodation. It is centrally located in Chinatown, right next to a very lively street where a market takes place. As a result, the area is busy from early in the morning until quite late at night. However, I requested a quiet room and was given one, which I really appreciated.
The room itself was quite basic and sparsely furnished, with only a relatively small window. The interior felt rather cold and lacked a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was also quite small, and the door couldn’t be closed properly. Whenever I took a shower, the bathroom floor would get completely wet. I also found the bed rather hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was functional but not particularly comfortable.
On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The common areas were modern, stylish and nicely designed, creating a much more welcoming atmosphere than the room itself. Everything was also very clean, which I appreciated.
Considering the price, I think this accommodation offers good value for money. If you’re travelling on a budget and don’t mind sacrificing a bit of comfort, it’s definitely a good place to stay. However, if you prefer a more comfortable and cosy room, I think there are probably better options available.
I’m not entirely sure whether I would stay here again or try somewhere else next time. Nevertheless, it’s certainly not a bad accommodation, and I can understand why it receives such positive reviews.
