About this property
Nashville family home with hot tub double deck & neon game room, sleeps 12
Summary:
Gather the whole family or crew at Dolly's Big House, a 4-bedroom Nashville home with a hot tub double deck and a neon-lit game room built for nonstop fun. Minutes from Centennial Park and The Parthenon, book it on VRBO before the next big weekend fills up.
• Sleeps: 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 18 beds
• Bathrooms: 5 full bathrooms
• Double Deck: Hot tub with city views and spiral staircase, plus a wet bar and cornhole
• Game room: Neon "Dolly's Big House" sign, selfie station, and flower wall backdrop
• Kitchen and living: Open-concept layout with marble island and bookshelf room divider
• Great for: Multi-family trips, reunions, and celebrations wanting one shared home base
The Space:
This is a home where four floors mean nobody has to share a bed or hide out in a corner to get some quiet. The bookshelf divider in the living room splits the space without closing it off, and the marble kitchen island keeps whoever's cooking part of the conversation instead of stuck behind a wall.
Families with kids and multi-generational groups both find their own corner here, since the top floor is built for the adults' evening hangout while the rest of the house stays quiet for early bedtimes.
Spend the afternoon at Centennial Park or The Parthenon, come back for a soak in the hot tub as the sky turns pink, grab a drink at the wet bar, then let the kids wind down while the grown-ups keep the game room going.
The top floor is the Double Deck, two connected areas built for groups who like to spread out: one centered on the hot tub with a spiral staircase and city views, the other set up with a wet bar, bar seating, and cornhole under string lights. A gas grill sits right beside the hot tub so dinner and a soak happen without anyone leaving the deck.
Downstairs, the game room has its own personality, with a neon "Dolly's Big House" sign, a flower wall, a ring light, and a selfie station for photo ops the whole group will want. This listing is on VRBO because it's built exactly for groups planning ahead: book early for the dates you want.

BEDROOM LAYOUT
Four real bedrooms mean every member of a multi-family group gets a real bed, not a shared pull-out.

• Bedroom 3: 4 double beds
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed
• Plus in the Bonus Room: Queen bed plus 2 single beds
• Plus in the living room: pull-out sofa and 2 fold-out chairs to single beds
This layout works well for bachelorette weekends, family reunions, and larger groups who want one home base with room for everyone, including kids. On VRBO, it's an easy fit for multi-family trips that need separate bedrooms but shared common space.
Reserve your dates before this stretch of Nashville books up for the next big weekend

Stay was great we had 9 people and there was plenty of rooms, beds, etc... the house is set-up well and was easy to get to and from Broadway, the Gulch, etc...
Perfect for our group of 9. We had everything we needed. Location was great, house was clean. We had everything we needed and the communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again.
Awesome stay for a large group- easy communication and great location. I would recommend getting coffee filters (we assumed there would be some as they do provide coffee) and bringing a speaker if you want music (there did not appear to be any already there).
This property was exactly as website shows! It’s a beautiful property! Need a few more pots, utensils, and blender but when we asked for a bigger pot; it was provided right away! Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful! I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone headed for Nashville!
We stayed here while in Nashville for a National dance competition. Our girls loved this house! Lots of places for them to take pictures, the get ready room in the closet upstairs was so fun for the girls and the moms loved hanging out on the rooftop deck at night. The place is decorated super cute and was a perfect place to hold all of us. If I am in Nashville again I will definitely be staying here!
Friends and I stayed here for a golf trip. There was plenty of space for 9 people to sleep very comfortably. The rooftop view of Nashville were fantastic! Easy to get to Broadway and other hot spots by Uber. Our host was easy to contact and getting in/out was very easy. I would strongly recommend this house for any Nashville trip!
Came to Nashville for the first time with a bunch of my girlfriends. We had the best time. Dollts big house was a hit. We had plenty of room for everyone. Big bathrooms. Lots of great photos at the house before we went out! Definitely highly reccomend staying here!
Dolly’s Big House was the absolute best place to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday! Great location, space for everybody, instagrammable areas throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a more fun environment! Stephen was the absolute best. From recommendations to being easily accessible, Stephen made the entire experience seamless.
Definitely the best place to stay in Nashville and would stay again!

Awesome property with plenty of space. We loved the house and all it had to offer. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The check in and check out process was very easy. Highly recommend staying here.
We came here for a bachelorette party for my sister. Super easy check in and GREAT decor in the house. Tons of photo opps. Plenty of space and easy location to get to Broadway, maybe 10 minutes. Would recommend it to anyone and would definitely go back!
I cannot say enough positive things about this property or our stay! The house had more than plenty of room, and Steve was extremely responsive when we needed it. Not to mention the views from the rooftop were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!
We celebrated our daughters 21st birthday in Nashville with family and friends. Dolly’s Big House was perfect for our group of 12 and the location was perfect! We spent a lot of time downtown on Broadway and it was a short 10 minute Uber away. The rooftop was awesome!! We would totally stay here again!!
We had a church youth group stay here----9 high school girls!---and it was absolutely perfect. The beds were comfy, the communication was amazing and the location couldn't be beat.
Overall our stay was enjoyable. Stephen was a very responsive host. The house could use a fresh coat of paint on several walls and have some of the common area furniture cleaned.
The property was exactly as depicted in the listing. Beautiful views from the rooftop, super cute decor, and a quick trip to everywhere we visited while staying. The owner was very communicative and checked on us throughout our stay. Our family had enough beds for each couple to stay in their own en suite room. Rooms were quiet and private. Highly recommend!
The air needed repair during our stay. It was fixed timely and we were treated with kindness and courtesy. The views on the rooftop are amazing and its a very convenient location.
We decided to elope this week, but court isn’t having civil ceremonies anymore, so in a moments notice we decided to have friends and family come over to witness our union. The house was beautiful very spacious, rooftop views were amazing, and our host was responsive and very helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
This house was worth every dime. We had the best time and it provided us the space we needed for a large group without all being on top of each other.
The owner is fantastic and very responsive to any needs or questions. The location is amazing and a short Uber ride to Broadway.
We only had a couple of recommendations:
1. Add to Kleenex to the bathrooms since there is a limit on toilet paper. We did run out and we needed to purchase more. It's just a purchase I have never had to make when staying in a VRBO.
2. More towels. It's a big house meant for a large group. Have extra towels in place.
3. The railing to the rooftop needs some attention and there was a spindle loose. Just a safety thing!
So amazing and we thank you for everything.
