We liked the space and that it was large enough to accommodate all 15 of us. We did have a few hiccups, the remote controls to the tv and the thermostat needed batteries replaced. The bottom bunk beds could be raised a little instead of being low to the floor, made it really hard/difficult (for adults) to get up from them. The grass was high, and it needed to be cut. We were uncomfortable being back there. Could have more parking space, we parked across the street in the church parking lot. The people around the area were polite and courteous. Overall, the house was clean, and the stay was pleasant. If we are in Nashville, I would like to stay here again. I recommend it to others. Thank you :) ##### Stacey M. We stayed in this house for the weekend to celebrate my husband and friends turning 30! There were 10 people and the house was plenty big enough for all of us. It was a short drive to Broadway and was easy to get Uber drivers to pick us up. Frank, the property owner, was so accommodating and easy to talk too. Many rooms with bathrooms for those frequent night potty breaks. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living area large. the manager was ready to answer questions we had and checked on us. The neighborhood is up and coming but you may not want to walk around at night but that's what Ubers are for. We were to stay three nights but checked out after only one. The house is located in an unsafe neighborhood. Our Uber driver was even concerned for our safety. Our feeling was confirmed when we heard gun shots in the middle of the night. The owner does not respond to simple messages such as "what is the wifi password?". I had to reach out right before check in to see how we get in as I received nothing about check in. The dishwasher also did not work. We would not ever stay there again. ##### Lisa A. There were several minor damages around the house when we arrived, including chips, holes, scuff marks on the walls, and cracks in the baseboards. We also found fake eyelashes on one of the beds, along with sand in a made bed. The house was not very clean, the floors were extremely dirty you could not walk barefoot around the house… and trash left outside around the house and on the balcony. We also had issues with the Wi-Fi and were unable to use it for the first day and a half. However, the host was very responsive and quick to help resolve the issues.
