### East Nashville Ranch less than 10 minutes from downtown and the Grand Ole Opry
Our home has 2 separate bedrooms (1 with a private bath), 2 separate living areas (1 upstairs and 1 down) sofa sleeper downstairs, sectional couch upstairs, laundry room, a full kitchen with counter height bar, a covered front porch, back deck, and basement access to backyard porch covered by a trellis. The back yard is wooded so there are no neighbors to the rear. The newly added hot tub is wonderful for enjoying a soak with your significant other while enjoying the private back yard. We have a TV with youtube and other streaming services upstairs and down, and wireless internet throughout the home. We also provide a welcome basket that has different items for each trip and a starter amount of coffee, tea and fixings. No need to worry about towels, soaps, etc... as these items will always be available to our guests. Our East Nashville Ranch is a less than 10 minute uber/lyft trip or drive to both downtown Nashville as well as the Opryland areas. We sincerely hope you choose to book with us!

We booked for a Sat-Mon and it snowed almost 10in and closed the city down. The host was so easy to work with and helped us with staying longer than we planned. The house is very nice too. The hot tub was great. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Perfect for our needs
We were in Nashville for a week for a softball tournament and this house was perfect. It was close enough to anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was quiet. Everything in the house worked as it should and made our stay worry free. We would stay here again if we travel back to Nashville

#### Perfect stay
It was the perfect sized house for me and my dad. We each had our own bathroom and there was a large couch for us both to sprawl out on while watching tv. My bed was comfortably firm. We enjoyed the view of the backyard and my dad liked that it didn’t feel like we were staying in the city. The hosts answered my questions quickly which was much appreciated.

We were driving through Nashville for a couple of nights and stayed in this home with our young kids (3, 5, 7). The yard was perfect for running off their energy. #### Nashville Anniversary trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Every accommodation need was met. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The beds were comfortable, and all the linens provided were comfortable. We had such an amazing time the proximity of the house to downtown and all the events that we traveled to was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved waking up to hearing the birds and the forest behind the house and the deer in the backyard.

Property was on the older side, but was quiet and comfy. Backyard was the best with the woods beyond the yard, but the downstairs door was stuck closed so we had to go down outside on slippery deck stairs, and we were disappointed the hot tub was for 2 pleople only. Otherwise it was a good home away from home. PS: get a new broom! 😂
