Enjoy stunning downtown views from two private balconies in this darling space!  Located near so many vibrant East Nashville communities, businesses, and restaurants, you'll have the heart of the city's charm right at your fingertips!  Highlights: \- Only 3.5 miles from Downtown \- Balcony with Skyline Views \- Full kitchen \- SmartTVs \- Coffee Maker \- Keypad entry Layout: First Floor - bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom two is the primary suite, and has a king bed, twin over twin bunk, and full bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower. There is also another full bathroom on this level, with a tub/shower combo. Second Level - bedroom three has a king bed. There is also a powder room on this level. Living Space - there is a pull out sofa that sleeps two. Parking: There are designated parking spaces in front of the unit. The Neighborhood: This home is 4 minutes from Top Golf, 6 minutes from Nissan Stadium, 7 minutes to the amazing restaurants of Germantown, and only 3.5 miles from Downtown! House Rules: During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
