The balcony is nice and it is a quiet area. Communication was excellent. The host checked in on us and let us know of a minor problem the previous renter had. They offered to fix it immediately but it wasn't an issue for us so we asked to wait until we left. Nice walk to Broadway, safe and well populated. We would recommend this stay. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was beautiful, comfortable and a great location. We enjoyed setting on the balcony and watching the beavers play. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. The river has a lot to watch. It is a decent walk to broadway but for seniors its a little bit of a challenge, especially in July heat!
