It’s spacious, stylish, and ideal for group gatherings. With accommodations for up to 10 guests, each room is thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort and privacy. Although, it's beautifully set up if just a couple or less want to enjoy all the house has to offer by themselves. I take pride in keeping everything top-notch, and I personally oversee the on-going operations of the property to ensure it meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. One of my favorite spots is the rooftop terrace, where breathtaking views of the Nashville skyline can be enjoyed. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while the sun rises or gathering around the fire pit in the evenings with friends and family, cherishing laughter and stories under the stars. Guests often tell me that the rooftop is their favorite part of their stay, and I wholeheartedly agree! I work up there, do yoga, sometimes spend the night. I’ve equipped the kitchen with everything you might need, from quality appliances to a variety of cooking supplies and cooking basics like oil and spices. I love cooking and often prepare meals here myself, so you’ll find it fully stocked for any culinary adventure. If there's something you see missing, I'd be delighted to hear. Dream House is conveniently located near Germantown, just a quick Uber ride to vibrant Broadway, where you can immerse yourself in Nashville’s incredible music scene. During the day, you can walk from the house to Broadway or the Gulch in less than 2 miles and I often do. At night it is easiest to grab a quick uber. The Neighborhood: This beautiful home is conveniently located just West of Germantown in Buena Vista, with the lush green grasses of Monroe Park just across the street Nearby cross streets: 11th Ave N & Jefferson St. 3 min drive to Germantown 5 min drive to Broadway Street 7 min drive to The Gulch 9 min drive to Nissan Stadium Getting Around: One of the major problems with Downtown Nashville is parking. I would recommend using Uber/Lyft pretty much where ever you go within the city. Downtown Nashville is less than 2 miles away and usually does not take more than 7-10 minutes. Other Things to Note: 1\. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay. 2\. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests. 3\. A separate rental agreement is required. 4\. No smoking anything inside the house 5\. Please be considerate of the neighbors. No yelling, screaming, shouting, etc from the rooftop or patios. 6\. The accommodations were great. 4 of us shared one of the top flor bedrooms, one of 2 others stayed in the other bedrooms. The location was far enough from the action downtown that we did need to taxi but there were plenty of taxi/Lyft rides available with very little wait times. There is also a grocery nearby if you need to purchase any groceries. The views from the roof were amazing and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Checkin was a breeze. My family (2 adults and 12&15 year old kids) stayed for 4 nights as a quick getaway before school (and elearning) began. As this sleeps 10+, and there were only 4 of us, there was plenty of space for us to separate, or get together to eat, watch tv, play games, etc. We capped off every evening on the rooftop with amazing views of the downtown skyline. As many places were closed around Nashville, we spent a lot of time in the property and cooked over 1/2 of our meals on the grill. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator are all modern/newer. Although this is definitely geared towards bachelor/younger crowds, my family felt extremely comfortable and had a great time. We will definitely be booking this again in the future whether it be just our small family, or a getaway with other couples/families. ##### Ed G. You could not ask for more from this property! The area is up and coming and is a very short UBER ride to Broadway Street. The property is beautiful and everything we had hoped for! We brought 12 of our closest friends to celebrate my husbands 30th and there was plenty of space for everyone! Beds were comfortable and the entire place was so clean. The roof top patio was the best with a grill, ample seating, fire pit and even corn hole. We wished we could have stayed longer and utilized the space more but that was our only downfall. Communication with the host is easy and they were even nice enough to deliver us a fresh batch of warm cookies from a local bakery, which was very thoughtful. We and a few of our friends have already recommended this place to others because it truly was wonderful! You can’t go wrong booking this property! ##### Kathleen B. Easy access to downtown . Was disappointed that 6 scooters were supposed to be delivered daily as stated in the listing . Other than that was a great time. The bunk bed room did have a noisy one very noisy top bunk anytime you moved, but we all had a great time and a quick Uber to broadway for about $12.00 for 6 and a short walk to Kroger’s. ##### Jennifer S. The rooftop is spacious and great to hang out at. Plenty more amenities in the kitchen than we would use. Main level was a great hangout area & never felt crammed. Grill deck was a nice feature. Roof was perfect for some pre-town hangouts & some post-town cornhole games. Very nice and clean place. Fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Nashville. The cleaning lady, Tammy, is a gem. She went out of her way to make our stay superb.
