We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. For a complete list of our properties, including those available on VRBO/Expedia, simply click on the Host Tab to explore more options for your stay. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more! With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy. We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property. Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. We checked out 12 South and The Gulch before check-in. We parked in the garage next to the condo. Location was perfect for exploring Broadway. Didn’t get in the car again until check out. This was our third time in Nashville, first Time staying at Misic City Lofts! What a great call. The loft was conveniently located, walking distance to all of the action. Coffee right down the street and they opened at 6am (if you didn’t want to make your own in the unit). All the amenities. Luxury linens, clean, cozy and quiet. Loved the vibe. Felt safe. We could walk everywhere and had all amenities at our fingertips. Very clean and comfortable. One thing to note this a true open concept plan as other than the bathrooms, the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear everything. This did not bother us in the least as we were all on the same page in terms of going to sleep, partying and waking up. Would definitely recommend! ##### Karen S. The downside was the noise in the apartment. We were subject to EVERY sound from the loft above us. Every footstep, voice and flush was clearly audible. It was so easy that the little things were there for us, detergent, dish soap, trash bags, etc. The location could not have been any better, within a couple of blocks for everything. Walking distance from so many different places. Would definitely stay again. The only negative comments we had was the cleaninliness could have been better. We used the sheets for the fold out couch, and the sheets were not clean. Found food on the floor near the couch, lots of dust in the corners. We cleaned and washed sheets again. It was really close to Everything on Broadway, easy walk to the river and view of Nissan Stadium. Everything you need right around you; restaurants, corner store, pharmacy, Starbucks, etc. The only thing I wish I had known in advance: they recommend parking next-door, but the cost was $45 a day so be prepared to look around or pay that high of a price if you want to be right next-door. But I will say there are parking spots right in front for short term parking. You can scan a QR code and pay. Also, it is extremely noisy. They do provide earplugs but when I mean noisy, I mean you will hear every single footstep above you and next to you and everybody else in the loft that is staying with you. You will hear everything they are doing. Overall, this did not ruin our stay by any means. But good to know going in if you’re sensitive to noise especially while sleeping. ##### Kristi B.
