Parking Details: \- Please park only in designated property areas—there’s a garage behind the building with first floor access from Avoca Street and second floor access from the next alley on Avoca (note: no elevator from the second floor); parking is allowed in any unnumbered spot, with 37 spaces on the first floor (including 5 handicap spots) and the entire second floor open, plus street parking is available nearby—thank you for being respectful of neighbors and the neighborhood. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were blown away by those cute and the interior of the rental was. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches truly gave us the true Nashville experience. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The rental was located in the perfect location with everything within 10-15 minute away that we wanted to visit. It exceeded all our expectations and we can't wait to return.
