We celebrated a friend’s 30th birthday in Nashville and stayed for the weekend. Everyone loved the house. I slept on a bunk bed with my husband and we were surprisingly comfortable. The coffee bar was great - plenty of coffee available for everyone. We were able to walk to breakfast one morning. Great common areas to hang out.

This place was so cozy and spacious for everyone who stayed plus it had multiple bathrooms which was a must for us! We really enjoyed the exclusive used of all amenities, although it was chilly in December we sure enjoyed our stay and would book it again! It was very clean and super easy to get comfortable, we also LOVED the coffee bar- it was a huge hit!

Great house with plenty of room for hosting a family reunion. Enough space for everyone to watch TV/games together, enjoy a meal, table can easily fit 10 plus bar stool area. Nice large property. Area is still "up and coming" so keep that in mind. They definitely need new mattresses on some of the beds and housekeeping was a bit sloppy leaving some used towels behind. The kitchen is very well set up with a great coffee bar. Great rooftop area although the rain and cold kept us off of it this time. Definitely consider this for your next trip to Nashville.
