Near terminals and with frequent free bus transfer was best feature. Staff very helpful. Bar was good and Breakfast good.

We stayed at Richmond hotel for our first night after a long trip. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable. They made a great effort to prepare the room for my wife’s birthday

This hotel is so close to the hotel you could almost walk! Quiet though, great selection of outlets and facilities. Breakfast looked good value. Ample parking. Room large and clean.

A nice hotel with a convenient shuttle, there is even a 24/7 Family Mart which is reasonably priced incase you feel like midnight snacking. Although people say the hotel feels outdated it serves its purpose well and the room sizes are very large compared to other Japanese hotels. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. The room was so spacious in comparison with typical hotel rooms in Japan. We had the buffet dinner which was a great deal. We did not use the spa as we did not have time.

I had a huge room, with two double beds and a small sofa and seating area. The bed and pillow were quite firm, which I like, but guests should be aware of their own preference. The check-in experience was quick, scanning my passport into a machine, with staff on hand to help. You also had to check out with the machine, instead of just handing in your card to a drop-off box or to the staff there, which seemed a bit slower. Staff spoke English. Free airport bus shuttle was easy to find and great for us getting to and from airport. We booked this hotel to stay the night before our long flight home so we weren’t travelling early in rush hour with kids and luggage. Rooms were small but had everything we needed. Able to get more pillows and plenty of free amenities. The free breakfast was good too. The Lawsons in the hotel lobby was handy for getting dinner and snacks and meant we didn’t need to leave hotel.

I used the room as a day room only. I checked in at 10.00 hrs and was out by 19.00 hrs. The receptionist kindly let me have a room right away and as no small rooms were available she gave me a junior suite for the day.

Great airport shuttle fantastic hotel for a night before or after landing

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room (15th floor) was clean and quiet. Perfect for walking to the railway stations, Omotesando Street and the shrine. Could hear the trains, but they were just a murmur. Would recommend.

We liked: Location to Narita Airport. Free shuttle to airport and shops. Spacious room with good view, excellent bed and quiet. Restaurant buffet was good value for evening meal. Free breakfast was substantial. The foyer shop provided a good range of daytime meals. Comfortable waiting area. Staff were very attentive, engaging, delightful and helpful. A real human touch. Overall great value for money. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay before heading to the airport. They offered transport to the airport but I took the nearby train instead as the schedule didn't quite work for me. I've been here before though and used it then and recommend it. Lovely staff looked after my luggage while I went for a walk around Narita.

Every things OK, but only 4 persons to ride shuttle bus to airport without any notification on website
