The bed/pillow/facilities are outstanding qualities(superisingly compare to similar guesthouses). Message replied rapidly. The PIN code was emailed to us 3H before checkin. We didn’t have internet but we figured it out when we saw the shoe chubby hole labeled with our names and room number. Wifi was strong and consistent. The hostel is tastefully designed. There were more than enough showers, toilets and other shared facilities. Mostly clean (exception was a dusty table top at the corner of the room) and comfortable. The short walk to JR Narita station and the numerous food stores are a huge plus.
