The hotel was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as I'm a foreigner. Their breakfast was amazing, the rooms immaculate, and their shuttle schedule was always on time. 10/10 would stay again

Helpful staff, and we did need help as we are Canadians in Japan for the first time. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, including great coffee. The room was comfortable and quiet, helping us adjust to the time zone change. The airport shuttle worked perfectly - important to us after our long flight.

This is a terrific hotel. The free shuttle bus service is easy and useful. There’s a beautiful temple and gardens nearby that is absolutely worth visiting. And there’s a convenience store in the hotel. Good place to stay.
