Honestly this is like a little resort. The breakfast is better than nearly anything I've ever seen in a hotel. The bath in the basement is a great place to sample Japanese bath house culture.

Such a lovely time at this hotel! After spending a week bouncing around Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, coming to Narita and staying at MYSTAYS was the reset I needed. The garden was absolutely beautiful and serene. The onsen in the hotel was perfect! A bit out from other attractions but the shuttle buses provided are great to get around surrounding areas. Wish I could’ve stayed longer xoxo

This hotel was perfect for our last three days of our trip. We had used Narita airport for our flight from Okinawa and also for our flight home, so staying at a hotel close to the airport and with a shuttle service for the airport and to points of interest was a huge win for us. The staff were very helpful and excellent customer service!

It was a very beautiful and spacious hotel with a lovely garden. The shuttle bus service was perfect and very convenient. Having a supermarket inside the hotel was also a great plus and made our stay even easier. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay with excellent facilities and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Not well kept or clean compared all of our other stays in Japan. We were in the no smoking building but the hallways still smelled like smoke. The breakfast was pretty decent but was an added cost.

The hotel was super easy to use and they had shuttle buses that were free that took you right to the airport. In the hotel itself, they had a family Mart so if you needed to get anything, it was very convenient. The inside pool was fantastic. The outside pool didn’t look as clean or available to use. The laundromat in the hotel was also very convenient and I would stay here again because of how easy it was to use and get to the airport..
