The hotel staff were great, and overall, I had a good experience. The only downside was that the breakfast options were quite limited. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Terminals 1 and 2, where you can easily connect to the trains depending on your destination. Overall, it was a good stay, and the shuttle service was a convenient bonus.

This felt like a wholesale type of hotel. Staff service was robotic, compared to every other place we stayed at, in Japan. One good thing is that the hotel provides transportation to and from the Narita airport.

It was a nice property with a shuttle from the airport. A very quick check-in. The room was small but had everything required (one person). I did find the bed a bit too firm. The breakfast was very good. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend staying here.

Great place to stay for the rate we paid. Small room, but standard in Tokyo. Very clean, self-check in was quick. Buffet breakfast is included and has a great selection of Japanese food, along with bread and pastries. Free Narita airport transfers that run regularly. Great value for money. Will definetly stay again if we need to stay close to the aiport.

Toyoko Inn Narita serves quality services. They offer us free breakfast, and free shuttle bus to Narita International Air Port. Breakfast is excellent. There are Japanese style, like rice, miso soup, egg omullet, bbq salmon, salads, and European style like breads, eggs, sausages, coffee, juices, they are so good ! Also, all staff says "Good morning !" to people. It makes different something that gives us a new morning.

I used to stay in the Honkan. It was so good. This Shinkan was not convenient. The room smelled bad, and the breakfast was bad too. The staff was not kind; for example, they should have told us where the amenities were located even if it was written in the manual!!
