"Super convenient and nice."

"First off this hotel is really in the middle of nowhere in Narita. Know that before you book. Overall the staff was amazing and the shuttles were nice. The shuttles do have random limited times so be aware of that since you will plan your day around the random times they pick up. Which are few in between for some areas. We did not try any of the food offered at the hotel due to prices and ended up Ubering food if we were stuck at the hotel. If you do not uber the closest food place is a 20 minute walk, and that is if it is open and only a few options. My main complaint is that the rooms are outdated and because of this are in poor condition. The rooms always had a terrible smell and you cannot adjust the temperature. No washclothes, and the towels had an odd smell. The onsen was amazing but not the main purpose of our visit at the hotel. The entertainment that the facility the onsen has in the brochure did not occur at all during our stay. If you want a onsen experience multiple days in a row, I would consider booking this hotel. Otherwise look for something closer to the station for easier transportation. Also if you are sensitive to smell, do not book this place."

"Shuttle bus from bus stop 16 /terminal 1 Staff polite and efficient. Hotel has many rooms and we arrived on a coach with 50 other people and there were several other coaches in a large car park . Given the amount of people that have breakfast the buffet managed to cope. Ok for an overnight but there’s nothing in the immediate area to do. For the price it’s good value for money."

"Good points first. Shuttle bus both ways on time. Staff at check in efficient and polite. Hotel is at least 50 years old and the internal features clearly indicate this. Breakfast buffet reasonable. No evening restaurant. It only has a small convenience store or a trip to town . Ok for an overnight stay before a flight. But the price was very reasonable for Japan so it’s your decision"

"The hotel is nice, clean and the staff are helpful, but what really attracts me and wife to book in Hotel Mystays Premier Narita is their shuttle to airport and from airport, also a shuttle to downtown and mall in Narita it's really very convenient for travellers like us, but the only downside is the hotel is charging fee to use the sauna, which should be included when you are check in customer, besides in the site say, one amenities is sauna but did not mention about extra fee, the hotel should be transparent to those who browse hotels like us, anyway it is alright we enjoy our stay in Narita."

"Hotel was clean although i did not realized right away they had us stay in a smoking room which we did not like as were not smokers, also we book for a group of 5 and were given 2 smoking rooms and my daughter was forced to sleep on the floor, I tried reaching out to Expedia but in the end could not help us as they were having a hard time communicating with the front desk to explain the situation. overall we enjoyed good breakfast. They also have a early check out at 10 am but will let you leave your luggages if you have a late flight if you want to do last minute shopping at Don Quijote before flying home."
