"The staff was terrific. Very helpful and responsive. The hotel is a bit challenging to find as no cars are allowed on it's little cobblestone alleyway. Arriving in that area in Naples, with wall to wall graffiti everywhere is a bit disconcerting, especially at 7am when the streets are pretty deserted. However, by mid morning everything was bustling and we had a wonderful day, taking lots of suggestions from the hotel staff. "

"What a cute little hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from 2 different train stations, so couldn't be more convenient. It's very hard to find but they sent me this really cute little video the night before I checked in that shows you exactly where to go. The rooms were very clean. Area around hotel not great, but its not hotels fault. General street cleanliness around Naples is very poor. As a non smoker I find the act of smoking offensive, along with the disposal of cigarette ends. Which were unfortunately disposed of in the planters hanging off our balconies. "
