Spacious and well appointed apartment in a fun distraction of Napoli!
Tania was the perfect hostess! The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. We were spoiled with space and efficient air conditioning systems. The comfortable sofas were the best spots to rest up after a full day of visiting Naples. Many tasty restaurants were mere minutes away, so was a grocery store and the metro. Naples is a great city, its people are friendly and the food is amazing (the prices are very reasonable). I would recommend this apartment without any hesitation thanks to Tania’s attention to details and to her guests.

very nice place
We chose the place for the space, lots of it. The dining room/kitchen was the center of our gatherings. We used the living room to chill too. With so much food nearby, we didn't do much cooking, I suppose you could. The location is perfect, with a taxi station and the metro within a block or two. We really appreciated having A/C in each room. Being energy conscious, we turned it off in rooms not being used or if we left the apartment. Having an elevator is a plus, keep in mind that to get to it, there is a flight of stairs first, not a problem. There are four bedrooms, so it could accommodate a large group. There were only three of us, and we enjoyed the large common spaces. We like the layout and the fact that you could isolate areas, lots of doors.

Great Host!
This is a true 4-bedroom apartment - very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is a short walk or metro ride to all the popular areas. The kitchen was well equipped, and the air conditioning units were brand new, which was wonderful since the temp was 90 degrees every day. The washing machine was also brand new and clothes dried very quickly on the clothes rack. Tania was a pleasure and very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely stay at this property again

Great apartment in Naples
The host, Tania, is amazing! Great, prompt communication before and during stay. She checked in several times during the week to make sure we didn’t need anything. Property is clean, well decorated, cool air in all rooms, well stocked kitchen. Location ideal for quick access to metro, bus ferry, sites, restaurants, and shopping! Tania goes above and beyond to make guest welcome - bottle of Prosecco nice touch! Disclosure - there are steps to elevator but key to use it! Thanks Tania!

Wonderful start to our vacation!
Tania was a wonderful host! We were running late getting there to meet her and were quite frazzled by the time we arrived and she was very gracious. She showed us around, left us a bottle of Prosecco and invited us to stay later than the check-out time since no one was arriving after us. We really appreciated the huge space and we were all very comfortable during our 3 nights in Naples. Thank you again, Tania! What a lovely welcome to Italy!

Great location for activities
We loved Tania’s energy and her communication with us during our stay. Our location to venture around was great as the Metro and taxis were available if needed. The apartment was large and comfortably laid out. She took her time to give us a map and answered any questions we had about where landmarks were. Our biggest challenge as 55 and above, and one with a cane, was to bring suitcases up 20 steps to get to the elevator.. Our expectation was to walk in and have an elevator from the ground floor. Tania met us at check in and lugged a few of our bags up the 20 stairs…The sturdiest of us did our own, not waiting for her to return to get yet another bag.. We had hoped for more than 1 key for the 4 of us who travel at different paces, thus return at different times. We loved our stay but wished we were aware of the elevator and key situation.

Hi Mildred, thanks for the review. It was a pleasure to answer your questions and explain the possible things to do in my city. As you know, Napoli is an ancient city and consequently also are the building. For example, our, dates back to the 1800s. so it is quite common to find situations like this, and unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this. Of course, if you told me that there were issues of mobility when you booked, I would have warned you about the steps and you could subsequently decide by yourself (as has already happened with other applications). Overall, this is a wonderful apartment: spacious, clean, and mostly well-appointed; we were quite comfortable and would go there again. However, there could be improvements: First, there was no extra toilet paper; we had to buy our own after the initial two rolls were used. (no paper towels either - we also bought those - no paper napkins.) Second, though there's a washer/dryer, there was no laundry detergent (we had to buy that), and the dryer plug and outlet were taped up, so the dryer was unusable. Third, though bath mats and towels were supplied, it would have been nice to have had more of them. (Perhaps we were supposed to have washed them without detergent and an unusable dryer.) Fourth, there was only ONE kitchen towel; more were needed. Fifth, there was scarcely any dishwashing liquid, and there was only a previously used sponge and washing rag for dishes. (as a physician I'm aware sponges are rife with bacteria, as was the spongy washing rag.) Sixth, though perhaps I should have listed this first: Though there is an elevator, one must climb 21 (twenty-one steps) to get to it. Lugging baggage up these steps was not fun.

Hi Joanne, thanks for your review and your kind words, I’ll be very happy to have you again at my apartment. I would like to clarify some of the things you have pointed out, in case you don’t know the differences between a holiday home and a B&b or a hotel. I have called VRBO, just to be sure, and I got confirmation: the things you listed is a plus, I am not obliged to give you the dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. We are obliged to provide hand, bath and shower towels (one set per person) etc, the rest is a courtesy that I do for my customer. The towels can easily be wash in the washing machine and dry outside, with these beautiful days there would have been no problem. About the stairs, is an historical building from the 19th century and honestly there is nothing I can do about that. 😊 I hope that clarifies all. Thanks again Tania.

Great location to explore Naples

An average overall stay
One thing I must say is that Tania (the property manager) answered very fast to all our inquiries so I truly cannot complain about that, but there were a few things that I think need some work. We were not able to have 3 AC’s on and then plug our computer to charge because the electricity breakers will trip, the overall cleaning of the apartment was average. I had to change some bed sheets and couldn’t use the drawers because a few of them had garbage in them. Also one of the bathrooms only has a tub with a shower head that you have to hold while showering, it’s not a normal shower. The neighborhood was sketchy, couldn’t trust it at night.

Dear ms Doris, thank you for your review and for your kind words about me. But I have to answer to some of your very singular complains. In Italy, the domestic contracts with the energy companies have a KW safety limit, so in any house you cannot keep 4 AC on and other electric devices like, washing machine, computer, dryer, etc. or the circuit breaker of the counter will shut down the electricity. Of course this doesn't happen in the stores, market or any commercial activity. But in the private houses it's like this and with the electricity crisis generated by the war it gets even worst. Anyway our guests usually keep their AC on in all rooms with no problems, so maybe was something more than a computer charge, like a hairdryer or similar. The bed sheets was clean as always and frankly its seems unlikely that all them 4 was dirty. When you asked for new ones I sent the housekeeper to change them, but you refused to let her do it and told her that you would have taken care of, keeping the old ones (?). At first we didn't understand the reason why, but then we have been informed that you had guests, and we choosed to say nothing about it to you. Also I've checked the drawers and found a little dust in the back of one of them and honestly I don't think is fair to call it garbage. But we will keep an extra eye opened about this in the future. The bathroom with the tub has a peculiar shape without the slide bar, as shown in the pictures, it doesn't support curtains because it does not exist for that tub shape. Honestly this is the first time that someone complains about that. Regard the neighborhood, I've lived in that apartment for 20 years and nothin ever happened to me or any of our guests; did something actually happened to you at night? Of course not, or you would told me already...so don't judge a book by its cover :) Anyway I know that we can improve in some aspects, the activity is new, and we'll keep on workin'on to make it better. Also sorry for the delay in our answer, I just returned from my honeymoon ;) Best regards, Tania.

Tania is een vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw en communiceert snel en helder. Het appartement is ruim. Het ligt wel in een rumoerige buurt, vooral 's nachts. Er zijn goede bedden. Veel kastruimte. Qua inventaris valt op: loszittende wc-brillen, losse kranen, douche loopg niet goed door, en er zijn niet genoeg theemokken voor 8 personen. De lift is handig, maar klein en te bedienen met muntgeld. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding goed.

Ruim, schoon en centraal gelegen appartement. Wij waren met 8 volwassenen. Supermarkt en eettentjes dichtbij, zo ook openbaar vervoer. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurster Tania. Fijne en snelle communicatie. Mede door de centrale ligging in relatief korte tijd veel kunnen zien. Verblijf gecombineerd met Maradona- en ondergrondse tour, funicolare kasteel, Pompeï en wedstrijd Napoli. Kan het appartement zeker aanbevelen!

A great Place to Visite Napoli
We have been 5 adults at the age of 23 - 72. Although the Appartement ist on the 5th floor we had no Problems climbing the stairs ,but it is great to use the elevator coming back tired from a days journy. The Appartement is clean an big enough for 8 people with a big table in the kitchen.Tania is a very kind and helpful host and we enjoyed her restaurant advise.Its a Great Place to visit the town by Metro and walking.I am glad we had no car.There is so much to see that a week ist too short. Alles sehr gut und unkompliziert
Die Wohnung liegt nah am Hafen und nah an den Metrostationen "Municipio" und "Unversita" alles in ca 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Somit ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in der Altstadt sowie ins Umland. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen in der Wohnung und hatten herrlich Platz. Hausherrin Tania sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft können wärmstens empfehlen!

Buena localización, apartamento muy espacioso.
La estancia en general fue muy agradable. Tania es muy maja y el apartamento cómodo y espacioso. Localización muy buena. Cerca de todo. Como punto negativo indicar que los baños necesitarían una mejora, las duchas se atascan, y no encajan en los mangos que sujetan las alcachofas. Y el wc de uno de los baños, la tapadera estaba rota. Pero en general muy bien.

One week in a beautiful flat!

Die Eindrücke der Reise waren überwältigen bzw. grandiosen hat meine Erwartung übertroffen.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön und in einem sehr gepflegtem Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einfach, Fragen nach Ergänzungen wurden prompt erledigt. Es war rundum ein sehr schön und man konnte den Aufenthalt genießen. Schön war es auch, dass die Vermieterin mit ihrem Vater zum Ein- und auschecken anwesend waren, was das einleben und kennenlernen der Wohnung erleichterte. 👍🏼

Gran piso en Nápoles con una situación inmejorable.
Se trata de un gran piso situado en una calle secundaria del casco antiguo de Nápoles. Destaca por su amplitud, Y limpieza. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, lo que es fundamental en el verano napolitano. Situado muy cerca de la estación marítima, del metro (línea 1) y de lo más interesante del casco histórico. Tania es una persona encantadora, que te recibe muy bien y que está pendiente de que tu estancia sea la mejor posible.

Wunderbare Wohnung
Wir waren vier Tage in Neapel und die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Vermieterin war vor Ort und hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Man konnte auch immer Kontakt zu ihr aufnehmen und sie hat sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung liegt nicht unweit von der U-Bahn Station und man hat unmittelbar die Fußgängerzone erreicht. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, die auch zum Flughafen führt und man ist ganz schnell am Hafen, vom wo aus man das Schnellboot nach Capri nehmen kann. Auch die Hochbahn zum Castelo del Saint Elmo erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten, sie ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, allerdings hat sie keinen Geschirrspüler. Wir haben tagsüber auswärts gegessen und Abends etwas Käse, Salami und Brot gemacht. Zum Frühstück sind wir in das nächste Café gegangen, wo es die besten Cornetti mit Schokolade und den besten Espresso gibt. Das schöne war, dass die Mutter der Vermieterin auch Reisführung anbietet. Wir können sie wärmstens empfehlen, sie macht es sehr gut und es hat sehr viel Spaß mit Ihr gemacht. Wir haben sie richtig lieb gewonnen. Sie spricht etwas deutsch, eher Englisch, Spanisch und Italienisch. Nach Pompeji kommt man sowohl mit Transfer oder etwas günstiger mit dem Zug, der über Garibaldi dorthin fährt. Die Wohnung war sauber, nur unterm einem Einzelbett war es etwas staubig. Ansonsten war alles sauber und einladend. Die Betten waren bequem und die Dusch- und Handtücher sehr gut. Es war schon Handseife in beiden Bäder vorhanden sowie Toilettenpapier. Inder Nähe der Wohnung kam man im Carrefour oder einem italienischen Supermarkt einkaufen. Der Müll wir getrennt und muss von den Besuchern am Abreisetag entsorgt werden, unten stehen 2 Tonnen. Und hinter dem Haus sind große Containern für Glas, Plastik usw. Leider gibt es nur einen Schlüsselbund. Aber man kann von der Wohnung aus unten die Haupteingangstür öffnen. Der Schalter dafür befindet sich in der Nähe der ersten Toilette. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock und es gibt einen Aufzug. Man kann waschen und man hat W-LAN. Alles in einem eine Top Wohnung. Auch dr Preis ist sehr gut. Viel Spaß Rachel

Best location to explore Naples with friends.
The apartment is very spacious and well-kept. On the fifth floor of an old building in the historic center of Naples with a lift (small). It is well equipped with all amenities and with nice and new furniture. Importantly, it all works without problems! The main advantage is the strategic location between the port and Centro Storico. Quick and easy transfer from airport (Alibus), close to metro, tram and bus stations. Everywhere is within easy walking distance (Piazza Plebiscitio, Royal Palace, Gambrinus, Spaccanapoli, ferry port, spanish quarter). Area full of restaurants, trattorias and grocery stores. In short, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND, especially for trips with friends, for large families or groups of up to 8 people. Thanks.

L'appartamento è veramente molto spazioso , molto luminoso nel suo quinto piano di un vecchio edificio nel centro storico di Napoli.Ben equipaggiato nelle sue dotazioni e con un piacevole e nuovo arredo. Il suo grande punto di forza sta nella sua posizione altamamente strategica praticamente vicino a tutto (piazza plebiscitio,teatro san carlo, maschio angioino,palazzo reale,gambrinus, il duomo spaccanapoli, imbarco per Capri, quartieri spagnoli) tutti luoghi raggiungibili a piedi con bellissime passeggiate. Al tempo stesso l'appartamente si trova in una laterale di Via depretis e via Medina priva di traffico e di rumori. Zona ricchissima di ristoranti, trattorie, tutti con la vera pizza, caffè come solo a napoli sanno fare. Negozi di alimentari molto vicini. Un piccolo neo , visto con ottica nordica, come tutta la città in generale, un po' piu' di cura nella pulizia non guasterebbe. Ma poi l'appartamento, come Napoli, diventerebbe un gioiello troppo perfetto. Ringraziamo Tania che non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere per motivi famigliari ma con la quale siamo stati in contatto per l'ntero soggiorno e ci ha dimostarto grande disponibilità negli orari di arrivo e partenza ed il papà che ci ha accolto con un brindisi di prosecco (perchè siamo veneti???) . Insomma CONSIGLIATISSIMO, noi lo faremo con i nostri amici, per famiglie numerose o gruppi fino a 8 persone. Molto bene. Grazie.

Appartement près du château d'anjou
Nous avons été très bien reçu par Tania, l'appartement est situé dans une petite rue calme et est très bien placé près du château d'Anjou et du port, très pratique pour aller dans les îles. L'appartement est très grand et bien équipé, nous le recommandons. Très bon séjour.
