"We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room is spacious and also had a sliding door separating the beds from the sink and bathroom and shower. The hotel provided pajamas, slippers and robes as well as complementary mineral water. Check-in was super easy. The front desk staff was very helpful, they spoke excellent English and helped us to schedule a cab to pick us up at 3:30 in the morning to head to the fish auction at the central market. The location was great and it was very easy to get to Osaka station to catch the train back to Tokyo. "

"Great property, clean and close to everything! Our 'Premium Double Room' was spacious enough for a family of four (kids = 15 &12 yrs). Check-in was easy, and room was well equipped, just missing a toaster if I was being picky. Location was great, 1min walk from Sakuragawa station (there's a shortcut), 10mins to Dotonbori and plentybof local eateries and convenience stores/supermarket nearby. Very safe area, we walked everywhere including at night."
