Service could be better Overall it was a good place and near train stations especially Namba. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Also the staff was hard to reach, and when we tried to call her, no response but we could hear her talking. Apparently on the phone. Tried to get her attention and she closed the door in front of us. Never came out to check what we needed at all. For that the service wasn't good. You can walk to Dotonbori and a lot of restaurants near by. The lobby has sitting area and free drinks like coffee and juice. They also have washer and dryer (coin) which by the way needs to be cleaned 😊. The room is quite small if you are expecting a large room you will be disappointed. The rooms have bunkbeds if your tall wear a helmet. You will hit your head several times like my sisters. If you have large luggage’s you will not have a room to move around. The room has a kitchen right in front of the bunkbeds. I loved their pillows it has little beads inside it and my neck didn’t hurt the mattress cushion was hard for me but my sisters were fine with it. But we only stay there to sleep we were out and about all day and get there at night so it really just served the purpose. When I booked this hotel I was expecting that this is not going to be like a resort. They just showed just quickly what they had and left the room. The room was decent but there was still some hair in the shower. The worst part was the hard beds and the pillows that felt like it had marbles in them. They only had one elevator and when checking out it became a waiting game for others. The station / mall is a bit of a walk and if you're not careful you'll get lost in there. Also Dotonbori was in walking distance abs the walk there was nice. Man hat einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung der Öffentlichenverkehrsmittel ist gut.
