I was automatically assigned with low floor 2nd floor. facing towards the busy street. However, noise was unbearable so I couldn’t sleep. So I called the front desk to change the room. Somehow they were able to change the room to higher floor but with reluctant manner. That’s fine because it did work. Wasn’t the best though since it was still facing towards the busy street at higher floor.
