"The hotel’s location was very convenient for walking or catching transportation. There are many choices nearby for restaurants and coffee shops. The check-in process was relatively straightforward. The room itself was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were way too big and sort of hard. We couldn’t compress them to a more comfortable position. The bathroom needs towel bars and nonslip tub mat or strips inside the tub. That was quite unsafe and felt a little scary when showering. Our area of the hotel was very quiet even though we were close to the elevator."

"From the WhatsApp messages ahead of arrival to the ease of communicating with the staff via WhatsApp during our stay, the Albus staff were responsive and very helpful. Our flight arrived hours before check-in opened, so we made sure we could drop off our bags at the hotel before venturing out to begin exploring the city. When we arrived, they greet us with enthusiasm even though I’m sure we looked haggard from a very long delay at Passport Control. They offered us a refreshing beverage, which we enjoyed gratefully while we formulated a shorter exploration (due to the delay and the extraordinary heat). We returned to the lobby a few minutes before check-in opened, and the staff who assisted us earlier remembered us and let us know our room was available. He checked us in and assisted us to our room. He explained the amenities and made sure we had an opportunity to ask questions before he returned to the desk. The room was comfortably chilled to 19C (~66F), which felt great after the heat of 99F outside. Staff greeted us each time we left or returned. On check-out day, we had a very early departure, and I messaged the desk to learn the checkout procedure for that hour. The response was quick: Someone staffs the desk 24/7, so someone would be there when we left in the wee hours. Indeed, when we stepped off the elevator, someone was there. He checked us out quickly and made sure we had a car waiting. I strongly recommend staying here."
