"The staff were fantastic and really helpful and friendly. There was also enough staff there so there were no waiting times when we needed to talk to someone. Quick check in. The beds were comfortable. We wanted a bathtub and were able to move to a different room after the first night that had one. Both the courtyard and street side were quiet. I liked being able to open the windows and let fresh air in. Having a mini fridge was great. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel is in a good location but it can get loud at night with the 2 cafes and restaurant on the corner. There is no air conditioning but fns are provided and the windows cool things down well. The summer will probably be more challenging. The fridge and mini kitchen was convenient and the room itself had plenty of room. There was hair on the bathroom walls which was a little gros."

"Housekeeping could have been better. Water glasses were not properly cleaned, a bath towel put in our room after cleaning was dirty, wash clothes were forgotten one day. Also, a problem with HVAC, was turned off inexplicably and had to call down to rectify."
