This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. This was my second stay and loved it all over again, location is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend and will be back soon ❤️

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Loved the style / decor of the hotel and the home from home service (cheese and wine buffets, bar and hot drinks, mini bar in room all included). Very relaxed. Helpful staff. Great position - walkable to town centre and museums and overlooking canal. Numerous dining options in the local area. Good breakfast.

The hotel was located very close to the train and bus station in a nice quiet street. It was about a 10 minute walk to city centre. The hotel was nicely decorated, very very clean and a delight to stay in. Breakfast was good, dinner was on the small side but good. I really want to say I kind thank you to the staff at the Hendrix. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing very helpful very knowledgeable and very attentive all the things you need when you just need a nice rest. It is a small hotel and the facilities are just right and just close enough/far away enough, from the busy stuff. I would definitely stay again.

The location was lovely but a far from Amsterdam with a taxi taking 20 mins. The rooms are very big and spacious.

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. Lovely hotel in a superb position. We booked a deluxe room and were located on the 5th floor overlooking the river. We had a super size balcony. The room was just perfect and the bed and pillows made for a very relaxing and comfortable sleep.
