The staff was amazing. The hotel is kinda in the middle of a slightly desolate area . But there are a number of restaurants near by within walking distance and a supermarket across the way. The best for me was the staff!

Nice hotel with nice view only 15mins by ferie from Amsterdam central. Friendly staff and we got nice fresh bake cookies🍪🍪. Definitely will stay again next time.

Hotel is on a nive spot in A'dam Nord, great position from where you can go in all directions. Ferry to town within 3 minutes walking. Furthermore, room was clean, but very small, even bathroom very very small. When you are on the toilet your knees are against the sink. Amenities, not that good, it looks like a very poor brand, no smell at all. Restaurant downstairs in the hotel excellent!

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam NDSM. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with a free ferry connection from Amsterdam Centraal to NDSM, which makes access easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff we absolutely amazing. Obi helped us at check in and he could see how tired we were after having cancelled flights. He was able to get our room open early for us and it meant the world. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful. I will be coming back.

Hotel is in a place ideally located if you want to commute to get out of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam central but you need to take a 10 minute journey on a free ferry, that is very reliable. As for the hotel, the staff are great and very accommodating, our room very small and cramped on the 2nd floor, when we pulled the curtains there was all dirty marks ( which looked awful) and the hand soap there was hardly anything on it, pillows were awful and bed was uncomfortable (personal preference), what frustrates menus that this is a Hilton hotel and I don't expect to deal with cramped rooms that are not looked after. I would like to say the staff were great. We stayed 2 nights, and unfortunately will now be more careful when booking a Hilton hotel.

Me and my partner were here for a weekend, and it was lovely. Quiet place, only few steps away from the free ferry that takes you to the city. The ferry goes often and fast. Hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean.
