Pros: Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter, absolute Spitze
Cons: Es gab keine Shopping Arkaden, die man mal etwas haette ablaufen koennen
Luft ist ziemlich schmutzig und stinking in der Gegend von Mumbai, zudem stoeren etwas die startenden Flieger

Our daughter left her laptop in security in Dubai. The Head Concierges made it his priority to have it flown to us. He then traveled to the airport to pick it up for us!

Too many mosquitoes Keys don't work Given smoking room when requested non smoking Lots of nice early in the morning from repairs from adjoining room Premium fruits being hidden from guests Poor quality food quality being served in restaurant at property Staff apologetic but no efforts to remedy the problems

Great hotel but can be noisy

Great hotel with lovely amenities. However make sure you ask for a room well away from any wedding guests. We were next to them and got little sleep despite repeatedly asking for guests to close their doors and stop their kids playing in hotel corridors. That spoilt an otherwise nice experience.

Tiny rooms considering I had a deluxe room.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Update the whole hotel! Make sure there are enough staff at reception. Make sure guests do not get disturbed by noises in the middle of the night.
Location: On the beach
Long queues when I checked in. Had to wait over half an hour before I was seen.They never disappeared throughout my stay. Musty smell in corridors. Carpets need changing. Noise level very high all night. Had to complain 3 nights in a row! Only good thing was the pool area.

Well positioned but tired hotel

Stayed in the busiest week around New Year. Hotel was very busy and service was impersonal. Breakfast was noisy. Had to queue for a table. Large buffet available but not five star standards of presentation and attention to detail. Rest of furnishings in hotel are worn and need an upgrade. Lots of pigeons in pool area that leave feathers all over, very unappealing.
