Pros: service, food, pool
I had an airport pick up, when I arrived one gentlemen followed me to the room and checked me in at the room, I didn't even have to go to the front desk, fantastic, great service through out the stay, beautiful pool area with small private pool areas and very good breakfast buffe

Pros: Service und Aufmerksamkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter, absolute Spitze
Cons: Es gab keine Shopping Arkaden, die man mal etwas haette ablaufen koennen
Luft ist ziemlich schmutzig und stinking in der Gegend von Mumbai, zudem stoeren etwas die startenden Flieger

Pros: Prompt service after issues were notified. Overall location and great breakfast options.
Cons: Management needs to reevaluate their priorities & services and Try to get back to standards of 2013 and prior.
Location: Nice Beach walk and shopping
I have been at J W Marriott , Mumbai few times in last 5 years. Last year for the first time I had bad experience with no Hot water in the room for 36 hrs. I thought it was one time experience. This year multiple events happened that made me think that it was not up to J W Marriott standards of service and experience that I had at other similar hotels around the world! Room service did not put water and shower supply and Toilet was used by some body and was not flushed.( not acceptable) Poor service in Lotus Cafe when ordered Dinner after 36 hr Travel. Poor reception for gold member until it was identified!

Anniversary celebrations at the JW

Checked in to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel truly made it a memorable experience. Extremely courteous staff, good food and the hotel was just fantastic to be in. Nice outdoor areas and lovely swimming pools. Only downside was that the pool had excessive chlorine in it, really made your eyes sting. Other than that, thumbs up to the hotel!

Bra hotel

Nattklubben var hutlöst dyr. 700SEK för en wiskey och två öl. I restaurangen var priserna i stort sett svenska. Alkohol är förbjudet vid poolerna, lika bra det.
