Breakfast buffet was amazing, so many choices. Lunch menu also had good variety and high quality. Mall in walking distance had wonderful restaurants, hotel was spacious, clean and welcoming. Everyone entering had to pass through security. The hospitality and service of its employees was outstanding. We were amazed how attentive, helpful and friendly they all were. I highly recommend staying here.

This time my visit at Westin was for one night , which was very comfortable. During breakfast met Chef Rijul and Jasmina , who recognized me right away from my past visit and made me feel welcomed also at front desk when arrived for check in. Westin is customer service oriented and their staff provides top notch service.

It’s an amazing place and an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Staff, food and services overall are superb! The only thing I would recommend is a pedestrian walkway to the neighboring mall- a crosswalk of sorts to make it safe to cross a very busy road. Maybe that’s something that they need to do with collaboration with the mall and the City authorities so crossing pedestrian guests feel safe.

My stay in your hotel was a great experience. I extremely likely recommend your hotel to my friends as I did while staying there and I could bring 4 of my colleagues (2 rooms) from another hotel to Westin. :-) They were also satisfied and happy with this move. Except from very slow elevator for a 5 star hotel, everything was great specially the staff in every part were well trained and welcoming to provide the best service to guests. Hereby I would like to thank you Mr. Kungdan Sharma at reception. He was exceptional and the real meaning of horpitality. I am so happy that he was the first and the last person I met in the hotel. Mr. Rijul Bose the cheff was the best I have ever seen in a hotel. He treated the hotel guests as his own guest and the breakfast was really fresh and quality. I am greateful to the service and kindness of Ms. Debalina C., Mr. Vijay, Mr. Abhishek Kanekar, Mr. Kiran Gaikward, Mr. Harmanpreet Singh. They made my stay more happy and comfortable. By the way, the idea of mentioning staffs' passion on their badges was so nice and communivative. Thank you for your management and congratulations for having such a team. Warm regards.
