"There is nothing 4-star about this place and at the time I booked, I chose it because its description claimed that it had a full-service spa and provided a FREE airport transfer. Nope, the spa does not exist and not only is their transfer not free, it costs almost three times what a Uber costs, for a very short ride to the airport. They conveniently fail to mention that there is a nightclub on the premises, so I was kept awake by loud music and inebriated people talking loudly in the corridor...

"Our hotel room was nice and cozy and sufficient for 1 night as not much in surrounding areas. It was located close to the airport, 10 min drive, however we found it hard to locate as the actual name is Hotel royal park not ZO rooms."
