"It does not have a pool. This is the main reason for booking this accommodation. It has a photo showing a lovely pool area. It does not have this. Other negatives - only one plug socket in room - no where near a mirror or tv. No coffee making facilities in room. Paid 130 euro in taxi fair as they did not reply to 3 messages regarding check in and their advert said check in was 3-6 with no after hours check in. "We enjoyed our stay at this older, but well maintained hotel. It is located lakefront right by the ferry docks which makes it very convenient for those with limited mobility and for those with luggage and don’t want to struggle with it on the cobblestone streets. It also has an elevator/ lift. Despite the location near the docks, we were never disturbed at all by noise. The hotel has air conditioning and a lovely breakfast. The staff is wonderful - always pleasant and most accommodating. We enjoyed the selection of restaurants close by, as well. "

"Absolutely marvellous and friendly staff, the single room was comfortable, clean and quiet, If starting to look a little dated. shower always had hot water and great pressure. The terrace was nice to sit and relax with a view of the garden through mine was shared with other guests. Easy beautiful 10 minutes walk along the lake into the village. Breakfast was perfect for me though others may like a few more options. Good value for what I paid. Would happily stay again."
