"Centrally located in Malcesine, old beautiful building. Bus station within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, beaches within walking distance. We had a wonderful view from the balcony of the room to the mountains, e.g. Monte Baldo. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. "I stayed for 5 nights at Hotel Vega and enjoyed each one. The staff is wonderful, the bed was the most comfortable one I had during my travels in Italy. Hotel is right on the water, very quick walk to town centre/shops/restaurants, ferries, and waterfront boardwalk. They had a great breakfast each morning which was a nice start to the day. "Overall the hotel was very nice. Beautiful views of the lake. Disappointed with the housekeeping. No milk, no water and no coffee in the room. All that was done on a daily basis was the cover tidied. Nothing replaced. However breakfast was ok and bar service very good.
