This holiday studio is part of a residential complex located just a few steps from the lakeside promenade of Malcesine, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Situated on the first floor, the apartment consists of a living area with a double bed (or two singles), a dining table, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. Outside, you have a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The complex's shared terrace, furnished with dining tables and sun loungers, overlooks the historic castle of Malcesine and offers a splendid view of the lake. You can also enjoy a communal pool, perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. Thanks to the favourable location, supermarkets, restaurants, and shops in the city centre are about 250 metres away and easily reachable on foot within a few minutes. Several small beaches, such as the pebble and grass Lido Paina beach, are located along the lakeside, about 500 metres from the property.

Lage ist super

Pros: Lage ist super, mit Blick auf den See. Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten im Zentrum. Für Räder gibt es eine Garage. Cons: Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu weich. Die Geräuschkulisse ist manchmal nervend. Rasenmäher Laubbläser. Ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau.
