"Wonderful friendly welcome and we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend ... and we'll come back when in the area. We booked a lovely room with balcony and sea view, nice stay and the friendliest of staff everywhere."
"Location is close to port and train station, which was great. But the spaces are a bit tight. It was a short one night stay so it was ok for the short stay. "
"Amazing location right near the port of Genova, restaurants, museums, shops, etc. Love this hotel, staff excellent, breakfast lovely, rooms spacious. "
"Beautiful property with amazing food and even a great gym and spa. It is a bit removed from the city center but they are always willing to find transportation. "
"This hotel is a true hidden gem which offers the perfect environment for a restorative experience, away from the hectic tourism of Cinque Terre. We look forward to visiting again soon."
"Wow - this hotel is phenomenal! The pictures do not do this place justice! The staff are super helpful and friendly. We had the most wonderful time staying here. Thank you for a fantastic stay."

10/10 Excellent
"I was pleased to be upgraded to the Grand Savoia hotel next door. The sister hotel is a 5 star hotel. I had a lovely room and was very pleased with my stay. I would return without question."
"Great welcome, great location, charming building, very good breakfast, characterful and attractive room. We were a family of four and the sofabed was totally fine but not the absolute best; but everything else was excellent"
"Definitely great location!! You can walk to about anything shopping restaurant even sightseeing! Very friendly staff at front desk. Restaurant was very nice! Serving delicious food for breakfast lunch and dinner! Definitely recommended! "
"First, check in was hassle free. The front desk staffs were welcoming and friendly. Elisabetha, Natanial, ( I may misspelled their name) Monia, they were very helpful and prompt action to my request. I appreciate this high level of service attributes.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good bed and choices of pillows to select is great.
Parking is with a fee and well secured at their garage. Worth the 35 euro per day fee.
Breakfast spread is sumptuous.
Location is ideal, the view is simply beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this hotel. "
"this property was amazing …water access, gym , easy access to cinque Terra…. great reastaurants and no crowds in rapallo …. and play tennis no english needed !
the breakfast was the big disappointment!
we stayed at all
5 stars in Rome, Florence, Asissi and rapallo… all had amazing breakfast except this hotel ….its older , but no excuse to be the best … you must look what other hotels serve …. canned fruit is not acceptable "
Mortola, a charming coastal village in Liguria, offers a more subdued yet enchanting atmosphere for those seeking a unique evening out.
While Mortola itself is quieter when it comes to nightlife, nearby Ventimiglia boasts a lively scene with various bars and restaurants that come alive after sunset. The historic old town is particularly inviting, with its quaint piazzas and local eateries where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious meal while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere.
For a more bustling experience, a short drive to Menton, France, just across the border, will unveil a wealth of options. The seaside promenade features numerous bars and bistros, great for enjoying a cocktail with a view of the Mediterranean Sea.
If you're looking to embrace a more relaxed evening, consider a leisurely stroll along the coastline or a quiet dinner at one of Mortola's local trattorias, where the focus is on quality food and a friendly ambience.
