We have stayed at many hotels over the years in Rapallo but this is by far the best. When we arrived check in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful and showed us to our room while my car was taken away to the garage. The bedroom was clean and well set out with coffee machine etc. and a good supply of cold water. Bathroom spotless and with everything you needed. Breakfast was plentyfull and with a wide choice including hot food cooked to order not getting cold in trays. Throughout everyone was helpful and with genuine smiles. Check out was just as easy and my car was by the door without me having to ask. Excellent hotel with interesting art everywhere.

Our stay at Splendide Riviera in Rapallo was exceptional. The hotel is impeccably clean (cleaner than most 5 star hotels in the area), beautifully maintained, and reflects great pride in every detail. What truly sets it apart is the staff—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. If possible, book the Hemingway Suite. Knowing Ernest Hemingway stayed here while writing Cat in the Rain adds a unique historical touch. A perfect blend of historic charm, elegance, outstanding service, and a prime waterfront location. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rapallo.

We booked a hotel for a 2-person trip. The location is excellent - the view of the waterfront from the balcony room is amazing. Is close to everything and the service and the staff were excellent. The room design is functional and elegant. It’s super clean. The bathroom amenities are awesome. The staff go out of their ways to be helpful. The property itself is better than the online photos.

Really lovely hotel, our room was on 3rd floor. Nice big bed, but the shower was poorly designed and tiny so water leaked everywhere. Be careful for hidden extras, including the parking £20. And although breakfast was nice the majority of hot food was chargeable.

I don’t know where to begin! This property is amazing for many reasons. Location, hospitality and food. This hotel feels like it in the middle of everywhere you would need to walk to. There’s about 15 restaurants in less than 300 yards. The hospitality has to be one of the best I have ever experienced. Lastly, the food. This location does something completely different from the rest. Their food is like a fusion of some sort, it’s plated as if you were at the 4 Seasons (Dinner). This will be the only place I will stay at when- ever I decide to visit again.

Es un hotel recién renovado en el centro de Rapallo. Muy cómodo porque te puedes mover a pie desde el hotel por todo el centro... No tiene parking pero si, valet parking que te lleva el coche hasta un parking privado con un coste de 30€ el dia, lo cual es comodisimo. Las habitaciones son correctas, nos dieron una en el tercer piso -nos hicieron un upgrade, gracias- con un pequeño balcón desde donde se divisaba la bahía, muy bonita. El desayuno correcto.
