"Great hotel "

"This is a great small hotel. There is no elevator but the first floor is easily accessible. I arrived late on each night I stayed and the parking lot was full each night as the hotel was full but street parking was convenient. Breakfast looked good but I went out each morning. "

"Large mini fridge with freezer, 2 sinks in 2 locations for 4 people was awesome, great location, free EV charger. Only downside was the bed was saggy and ver uncomfortable. Would have gotten 5 stars if it weren’t for that. "

"The pool is nice but very crowded, you can also get drinks up there but they had only one, very overwhelmed, bartender working. The rooms are always lovely and quirky, but the walls must be paper thin, as we could hear EVERYTHING from the room above us. Staff was welcoming and helpful. "

"Large room was good but the carpet was visibly dirty, and didn’t want to be barefoot. The street is right next to the room. It was very loud in the morning. We were there 3 nights and the trash was never taken out and no towels were ever brought. Front desk staff was nice and short walk to Morro Bay downtown area "
