"I loved the large rooms. They provided coffee microwave & refrigerator. Their showers have excellent water pressure and we stayed 5 nights and never ran out of hot water. They are pet friendly and provide dog bags and treats.. They are in an excellent location and if you cannot find parking in the lot, there is plenty of parking on the street. I found all the staff to be very friendly. I will return as soon as possible.. We had a wonderful stay"

"Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds with quality linens, ample towels & pillows. Bathroom features shower with tub well maintained with newer fixtures and proper hot water. Rooms feature a microwave with coffee maker set up refrigerator appeared to be new also updated TVs the rooms feature a table with two chairs and then there is a lounge chair of sorts is a little dated, but still not bad for the other furnishings but the important part is the bed is very comfortable. Also, the rooms are well insulated and you have nice louvered, blackout curtains. Second floor units have balconies great value for the price. There are also 2 room suites for families & small groups. Ground units have a patio and there’s even a propane fire pit for the guests to enjoy lounging in the courtyard. There is also a beautiful huge fountain. (unfortunately, the fountain was not active). Overall, the property is well maintained and makes for a comfortable stay. Should also be noted the property uses solar energy, and that’s always good for the environment and is another added bonus, compared to many of the surrounding lodging properties."

"Clean and updated room. Great staff with lovely recommendations for breakfast (Carla’s) and dinner (Harbor Hut). The room had some issues - a missing side table with wood sticking out, missing screen in the window, chairs felt like they were going to break and it smelled so strong of cleaner that it gave us a headache. Otherwise room was updated well, all the lights and fans were nice. Big shower in bathroom too. Can’t beat the location and price."

"GREAT location. The stairs to the Embarcadero are across the street next to Dorn’s- good breaky. Easy walk into the main town shops, as well. The property is very well maintained. The room was a little smaller than expected but it served our needs and had a modern, remodeled bathroom, which was lovely. There was a portable air unit that wasn’t to be used with a sign on it in the room, though they had mounted AC that worked very well. We also had an electric fireplace in the room but we tried it a few times and it didn’t work. Finally, there was no lighting in the kitchenette, which is also where the closet and full sized mirror were located. It was unusually dark over there so I had to leave br light on and the door open when using the kettle. A major plus was friendly staff and a fall/halloween decorated lobby with snacks for purchase. A partial view of the ocean and a fire pit made this place stand out, too. Great deal for the price!"
