"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Picturesque on Passage. The location is great and the view is fabulous! There is some maintenance required at the property (mainly fly screens and doors that need replacing and/or repairing). The top of the fridges needs a good clean and its a bit weird having to walk through a bedroom to get downstairs. Otherwise we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay."

"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. "he house was really nice, with a great pool, views, and surroundings. Our complaint was that we felt the house was not represented correctly. It worked out for us since we were all adults, but I’m not sure it would suit a family. It is listed as a four-bedroom house, but in fact, it is a two-bedroom house with a detached building that has a further two bedrooms and a bathroom included. There are 19 large outdoor steps down to these rooms, and unfortunately, it was raining most nights, so we got quite wet going to bed. These two downstairs bedrooms are actually one room separated by two steps up and no door, so they are not really two rooms and lack privacy. The back bedroom is quite pokey and claustrophobic. The standard of this downstairs space is not in keeping with the house itself.There was only one hairdryer provided for three bathrooms, the mugs and glasses didn’t match, and there could have been more crockery and cutlery provided. When paying this much for a property, this feels a bit cheap.There are also safety concerns if you had children with you, the porch around the pool is quite tall with no barrier and a drop straight onto concrete below. I don’t know if it is council compliant but it’s a long way to fall on concrete. Overall, while we appreciated the charm of the house and the stunning views, clearer communication about the property’s layout and improvements in safety and amenities would greatly enhance the experience for future guests."

"qualia is one of the most beautiful properties we have visited. The setting, architecture, views, and atmosphere truly feel special and uniquely Australian. Our arrival experience was excellent. Noemi provided a warm airport pickup, smooth check-in, and a thoughtful overview of the property and room. The accommodations themselves were stunning. We also had an incredible “Best of Both Worlds” tour with Pedro, who was engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about the island. It was one of the highlights of the trip. The main challenge during the first 24 hours was inconsistency in service attentiveness. At times, particularly at the pool and during our first dinner at Long Pavilion, service felt less proactive than expected for a property at this level. Drink refills, reservation follow-up, and simple check-ins occasionally required prompting rather than feeling naturally anticipated. What truly elevated the experience was the response from leadership. Rebecca, the General Manager, was exceptional: thoughtful, responsive, attentive, and genuinely interested in feedback. Her professionalism and accountability significantly improved the remainder of our stay. Beach Club dinner was another standout, with warm staff, relaxed pacing, and beautifully prepared food and cocktails. Overall, qualia delivers an extraordinary setting and many memorable moments. While there were some early service inconsistencies, the property’s beauty, excursions, dining, and strong leadership respon"
