"This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I am again amazed at the view of the Yokohama Cosmo clock from outside my hotel. It is gorgeous. Also, the room is a lot bigger than I expected a Japanese hotel room to be. The staff was great and spoke English well. If you happen to get a staff member who doesn't speak english well they will get one for you. There is an underground exit from the hotel to the train station and other hotels/shopping areas so you don't need to go outside if the weather is bad. There is a 7-11 and Starbucks within 3 blocks walking distance and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama World Porters mall, Cup Ramen Museum, and other attractions. Fantastic hotel!"

"Great staff who spoke English very well. They were very helpful making sure that our taxi driver knew where we wanted to go! Close to train station 5-7 minute walk. Would return in the future. Breakfast was extra (yen) but it was worth the money - lots of food and 3 choices (English, Chinese or Japanese style). Laundry available at decent price. "
