Buffet breakfast and dinner was fine for one night but no variety for day 2-3 so got sick of fish and same menu every meal. The view of the ocean and caves are amazing. However, the buildings are old. There is a musty smell around. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The location is amazing, and the outdoor onsen was truly exceptional — one of the best I’ve experienced. That alone almost made the stay worth it. However, the hotel itself felt like a giant cruise ship — and not in a good way. It’s very large and noticeably outdated. The room was nothing special, and the overall atmosphere lacked charm. Dinner was decent, but it reminded me of a Las Vegas buffet or something you’d find on a cruise — big, impersonal, and a bit old-school. If it weren’t for the incredible onsen, I’d probably give this place two stars. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning ocean views and the hotel's incredible location perched along the coastline. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and designed to maximize the breathtaking scenery—waking up to the sound of the waves and the sunrise over the water was truly magical. The onsen (hot springs) was a highlight, offering a serene and rejuvenating soak while overlooking the endless sea. The hospitality was outstanding. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
