Beautiful glamping resort in the quiet town of Manazuru. It has good connection links to the main station if odawara. Perfect for exploring the Hakone region of Japan. The tents were very well equipt with fans, heating, usb's. Outside there was incredible decking areas with BBQs, and a large table and chairs. The site itself was extremely clean and the toilet and shower areas were always spotless and very modern. Overall I would 100% recommend this as a place to stay for a bit of peace and quiet after touring Japan! This was our first glamping experience, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Couscous Glamping in Japan. The entire team made our stay truly memorable. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but they are also genuinely kind, passionate, and welcoming. The campsite was stunning, and our tent was spacious and beautifully set up. Although we had to walk about 25 minutes to reach the location, one of the staff members, Fujita Takeshi, kindly offered us a ride back with our luggage. This gesture wasn’t part of their regular service, but it showed just how thoughtful and generous he is. The amenities were top-notch, including restrooms, multiple showers, slippers, towels, and even toothpaste—all provided for our convenience. Everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It is located in the woods uphill from a non-touristy workaday fishing town. Each glampsite is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and has its own gas BBQ grill.
