"Clean overall but feels tired and dated (appears things are in progress?) especially in the kitchen, with Mismatched crockery and glasses, blunt knives (a bit dangerous when cutting). I know that Covid has stopped a lot of things but the lack of basic things like salt & pepper is frustrating. No plastic items for outside use, always needed especially if children around. "“Holiday started off badly when owner told us we had to take our own bed linen (king size, double and 4 singles) + towels with us.” Apparently there was issue with cleaners so suddenly became our problem somehow. Had to pack this in an already over packed car. Offered a £50 refund which was a bit of a joke given the hassle. Nice enough house up a very steep road. "A good sized well stocked Shepherd's hut with a lovely wood fired hot tub and stunning views of the Welsh hills. Perfect escape location. Cosy wood burning stove and adventures to be found from the front door, will definitely be recommending! "
