Having been to a musical festival and coming back in high spirits, it was wonderful to be served by bar & lounge staff Mandy. She had such high energy and was a total delight to speak with. "My first room the air con was not working or the tv - went to ask if maintenance could help and was just instantly upgraded. Fab service - although someone did walk in to our room at 10:30 thinking it was empty !"
