Wrong apartment listed on booking reference email/paperwork wrong contact number for apartment owner on email/paperwork. very difficult to check in as couldn't contact anyone to check where the apartment really was situated in Milton Keynes, had to rely on an agency who also booked accommodation in MK to eventually contact the owner for booking in.
apartment was nothing like luxurious. very tired building with marks on walls and stained carpets led to the apartment. apartment was poorly maintained, no hair dryer, no bathroom accessories (soap,shampoo etc) paint peeling off of walls, stained walls, very poor cleaning of floors as dust under settee as well as bed which also had piles of wood stored underneath it!! cooker was minging!!
Premium TV channels turned out to be just freeview, no balcony, overwhelming heat regardless of heating not being on that was stifling. overall very disappointed, you get better facilities, cleanliness and comfort in a £40 Travelodge budget room.
This is the second booking on the trot that Hotels.com have provided poor quality accommodation. Having used you exclusively on at least 30 bookings this year I am is looking at moving to a other booking provider. I would appreciate a reply and explanation for this decline in customer service standards please.
