"This property was adequate for our needs but nothing over the top. We had 5 in our group and that was too many for the space of this rental. We made do but I would not recommend utilizing the 5th person. Sharing a bathroom was tricky. Overall, the apt was clean but there was mold behind the kitchen sink. "The flat is cute and close to the mile It is up a steep alley way, so not good for people with mobility issues. We immediately realized the instructions to turn on the boiler and heater were incorrect; (after calling we found out the switch is on the kitchen counter and not the bedroom closet). "Had an overnight stay in melissa's property and loved it. Exactly what was needed to recharge the batteries of a very busy summer holiday period. "We’d never visited North Berwick before, but were blown away by the beautiful landscape. The beaches are great, sea is clean and the town is bright and has all you could want. The apartment has everything you could need. It’s spacious, has beautiful decor and has everything you need to feel like you’re at home. Communication with the property management was excellent, particularly the instant response we got the day my wife locked us out. A brilliant find, certainly recommend 😀"

"If you want to see what it’s like to live in the great city of Edinburgh when you visit, then this top floor flat near the Meadows is ideal. We enjoyed the proximity to the tourist aspects while enjoying the neighbourhood amenities (coffee shops, best fish and chips, groceries, close bus stops, good restaurants nearby). "Omg this place was amazing. It felt so homey and the owner thinks of everything. There is a sewing kit and blow dryer. My sister and I were grateful for everything this place offered. The breakfast was amazing and had so many options. I highly highly highly recommend this place. The area is amazing and it's walking distance from the castle and literally right next to loch Ness. There are flowers everywhere and restaurants literally right next door. I just loved this place. It was probably my favorite place to stay at in Scotland"
