"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. "Paid extra for breakfast, wish we hadn’t bothered…..poor selection at the busy times and the first morning ordered omelettes, waited 25 minutes and our buzzer didn’t go off, so went up and they had forgotten, we were rushing so ended up without any breakfast, told the reception but nothing was offered. The room and hotel was lovely and a great location, just won’t book breakfast again."

"This is a great pit stop into Manchester, UK. Stay. The only thing I didn’t like was the end of my stay. It felt as if they were rushing you out by knocking on the door when in fact I had another 1 hour before I had to leave. I do understand they don’t have phones in the room to inquire but it was a different experience."

"The hotel is great, the location is perfect to access the Manchester central, and close to Manchester picadilly. Rooms are nice, clean and very spacious. The registration process is done via an app, so it is not as nice as compared with a traditional human interface. The rooms are quiet, and the beds are comfortable… i was able to sleep nicely and recharge."

"The hotel was excellent and staff were really nice The room was spacious and clean with no concern for complaints plus the bed was really comfortable If there was a negative I would have to say the breakfast only because as cooked breakfast goes everything run out quickly for the amount of people attending and not so much choice unless you wanted continental but only if you were ok without cheese Overall a really nice hotel and woul be happy to stay again"
