"We enjoyed every aspect of this property apart from one issue, which were uncomfortable mattresses in the two main bedrooms, not to be recommended for anyone with back problems. Please provide more information regarding rubbish disposal."

Lovely old hotel sensitively modernised

"Just the sort of hotel we like best! An older property with personality, but with enough modern features for comfort. Unfailingly helpful, cheerful and professional staff. We had a large, comfortable room with a view of the castle, and a lovely selection of toiletries in the bathroom. My only criticism would be that there was only sliced bread available at the otherwise very good breakfast. "
