The bed and pillows were really hard, which left me with a sore back and neck, there was literally NOWHERE to sit apart from the bed, no kettle or anything in the room, including even water.. I did see some fridges with cold drinks in reception, but £2.75 for a can of Fanta? Ridiculous. Yes it was convenient for the venue I was attending for a wedding, but would I go there again? Certainly not at that price!"

"Unfortunately for us we arrived later in day and upon returning to our room later that night we found our bed was unclean.Also we had opened wardrobes to look for more pillows to find the previous visitors used socks. Staff were helpful in moving room but not ideal circumstances."
